The SLA clock starts when both (a) payment is confirmed and (b) your IAM role is accessible to Wellar. From that moment, all three PDFs are delivered within 72 hours. If Wellar misses the SLA, you choose between a pro-rata refund, a full re-assessment at no charge, or a free upgrade to the WAR + Implementation tier.
